Reservations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Support the team with day-to-day booking tasks, including managing enquiries, no-shows, cancellations, and special cases
• Ensure booking system quality by checking payments and invoices and maintaining up-to-date booking guidelines
• Manage shifts effectively, allocating tasks to ensure smooth operations in a dynamic environment
• Act as a key point of contact for team members, guests, corporate clients, and OTAs to resolve complex enquiries and feedback
• Support team development through induction processes, training, and regular feedback
• Analyze reports and forecasts to identify patterns and improve processes in line with Lean Luxury principles
• Contribute to recruitment through interviews and support the professional growth of team members

Requirements

• Completed vocational qualification in the hotel or catering industry
• Several years of experience in hotel reservations or guest services
• Previous experience leading teams in a professional capacity
• Proficiency in MS Office and Property Management Systems (PMS)
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a significant plus
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, quality-oriented approach to work
