Reservations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the reservations department and the guest journey
• Proactively improve guest satisfaction and resolve enquiries promptly
• Deliver on reservations initiatives and hotel targets
• Supervise the reservations team to foster growth and performance
• Control costs, inventory, productivity, and performance levels
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
• Review business performance and provide financial recommendations
• Ensure compliance with legislation and internal/external audit requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience in a reservations position, ideally in a hotel
• Strong supervisory and managerial skills with a hands-on approach
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and the hospitality industry
• Ability to find creative solutions and solve problems
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to handle multiple challenging priorities
