Reservations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the reservations department to ensure high-level guest journeys.
• Proactively improve guest satisfaction by providing timely responses to enquiries and resolving problems.
• Supervise the reservations team, fostering a culture of growth, development, and high performance.
• Achieve hotel targets and reservations initiatives through effective planning and execution.
• Control costs and inventory while ensuring productivity and performance levels are met.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders.
• Review business performance and provide recommendations to drive financial results.
• Ensure compliance with all legislation and best practice activities for internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Proven experience working in hotel reservations.
• Strong supervisory and managerial skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• Deep commitment to delivering exceptional guest service within the hospitality industry.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to find creative solutions.
