Reservations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Reservations Team to maintain efficiency and service excellence
• Support the Customer Service & Sales Manager with team leadership and escalation management
• Manage staff rosters, monitor hours, and coordinate team training and development
• Oversee bookings, manifests, and availability, adjusting for demand and weather conditions
• Ensure accurate invoicing, vessel reconciliation, and performance across website and OTA channels
• Communicate updates, promotions, and operational changes clearly to the team
• Assist with reporting and maintain accurate internal documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role
• Proven sales experience with a focus on conversion and relationship management
• Familiarity with booking and reservation systems
• Experience in training, mentoring, or leading a team
• Valid National Police Check
• Current First Aid, CPR, and O2 certifications
