Reservations & Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate reservations for Fodele Beach & Water Park Holiday Resort and The Syntopia Hotel
• Respond to reservation requests and inquiries via phone, email, and online channels
• Maximize revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and promoting special offers
• Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals
• Coordinate with Front Office, Revenue Management, and Operations teams
• Process reservation amendments, cancellations, and special requests
• Maintain accurate guest and partner records in CRM and reservation systems
• Assist in developing promotional campaigns and participate in sales calls
• Generate reports on reservations and sales performance

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Reservations, Sales, or Front Office in a 4* or 5* hotel
• Experience in hotel sales, account management, or business development is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong command of English (written and spoken)
• Commercial awareness and a proactive sales mindset
• Proficiency in hotel reservation systems, PMS platforms, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
• Resident of Heraklion or Rethymno
