About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the reservations team by setting goals, providing coaching, and conducting performance evaluations
  • Oversee day-to-day reservations operations to ensure seamless and high-quality booking experiences
  • Monitor call volumes and collaborate with the Workforce Optimisation Manager to adjust staffing levels
  • Oversee customer inquiries, quotes, and the processing of reservations across all channels
  • Attend Disruption Management Team (DMT) meetings and coordinate actions with broader stakeholders
  • Ensure accurate data entry and complete documentation for all bookings
  • Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and industry best practices
  • Drive revenue and occupancy through effective inventory management and performance monitoring

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in a team management capacity
  • Strong background in reservations, tourism, or hospitality
  • Sound understanding of revenue management principles and commercial mindset
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Must provide a current National Police Clearance
