Reservations Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the integrity of RRC and IBNR technical reserve calculations and valuations within financial statements.
• Supervise reserve sufficiency and propose adjustments to operational parameters (OPC) to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Design, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for reserves.
• Identify limitations in current calculation methodologies and propose alternative improvement methods.
• Manage and coordinate internal/external audits and regulatory inspections to ensure compliance with current standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Actuarial Science (Titulado).
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Suite.
• Technical expertise in Python, Advanced SQL, and actuarial valuation software.
• Knowledge of LISF (Ley de Instituciones de Seguros y de Fianzas) and CUSF (Circular Única de Seguros y Fianzas).
• Experience in data mining and AI management.
• Certification for reserve registration by CNSF or CONAC.
• Background in technical areas or actuarial auditing.
