Responsibilities
- Manage the reservations process and team
- Build strong relationships with guests and stakeholders at all levels
- Motivate and drive the team to maintain high service standards
- Work effectively under pressure in a high-end hospitality environment
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of OpenTable
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably multi-site and high-end brand
- Strong people management and team leadership skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for hospitality and customer service
