Reservations Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct workflow for service lines including reprographics, mail services, and administrative support
• Manage direct reports, including timekeeping, absence tracking, and training on policies and procedures
• Coordinate job intake, prioritize tasks, and delegate duties to associates to meet deadlines
• Handle client concerns and problem-solve resolutions in accordance with company procedures
• Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction
• Monitor workflow and escalate operational issues to management when necessary
• Maintain required logs, reporting documentation, and equipment supplies
• Assist with physical tasks such as loading copiers and lifting up to 50 lbs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in office services, preferably in a legal, banking, or large corporate environment
• Proven experience leading employees and managing process/policy adherence
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office software
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Strong professional verbal and written communication skills
