Reservations Consultant

Responsibilities

• Manage bookings via email, phone, web chat, and direct sources using CustomLinc
• Process payment bookings and perform accurate end-of-day cash-ups
• Coordinate bookings with third-party providers and finalize QA bookings
• Stay updated on all products, timetables, promotions, and reservation policies
• Collect catering information and prepare necessary paperwork and manifests for daily operations
• Provide exceptional service in the retail store and assist with merchandise upselling
• Respond to guest feedback professionally in accordance with company procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Certificate II in Tourism or Business Administration
• Familiarity with CustomLinc or similar reservation platforms
