Reservations Consultant

Responsibilities

• Manage guest bookings via email, phone, web chat, and direct sources using CustomLinc
• Stay up to date with all products, timetables, and promotions to assist guest enquiries
• Process payment bookings and perform accurate end-of-day cash-ups
• Coordinate bookings with third-party providers and finalize QA bookings
• Prepare necessary paperwork and manifests for daily operations
• Provide exceptional service in the Retail Store and assist with merchandise upselling
• Respond to guest feedback professionally in accordance with company policies

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays (between 6:30 am and 7:15 pm)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• High attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Certificate II in Tourism or Business Administration
• Familiarity with CustomLinc or similar reservation platforms
