Reservations Agent

Responsibilities

• Accurately process and input inbound tour reservations, including transportation arrangements
• Professionally answer, route, and manage inbound phone calls
• Provide translation support for Portuguese- or Spanish-speaking customers to facilitate bookings
• Monitor shift flows, coverage, and production, providing updates to the Manager on Duty
• Verify daily "no show" tours and contact guests to rebook and maximize resort occupancy
• Book room nights across various Westgate Resorts properties
• Perform light clerical duties and assist with departmental packaging tasks

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• One to three months of related experience or training in reservations or customer service
