About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage individual room reservations via phone, email, booking channels, and the website
- Guide guests on room availability, promotions, and hotel policies
- Verify bookings, payments, and special requests prior to guest arrival
- Handle payments and documentation for advance purchase bookings
- Promote hotel offerings including room upgrades, F&B experiences, and packages
- Support revenue strategy by driving direct bookings and increasing conversion
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, and Revenue teams
- Maintain accurate rooming lists, billing instructions, and guest preferences
Requirements
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- High level of accuracy in data and documentation handling
- Proficiency with computers and telephone systems
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Flexibility to support wider hotel operations when required
- Previous experience in hotel reservations is preferred but not mandatory
