Reservations Agent

Responsibilities

• Manage guest bookings, changes, and cancellations with accuracy and professionalism
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
• Provide detailed information on room types, rates, packages, and amenities
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and local attractions
• Ensure special requests and preferences are communicated effectively to relevant departments
• Collaborate with the front office and other departments to maximize occupancy and revenue
• Resolve booking-related issues promptly while maintaining a guest-centric approach

Requirements

• Prior experience in a reservations or customer service role within the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and high attention to detail
• Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) and reservations software
• Ability to work a variety of different shift times
• A positive and professional manner with a passion for guest experience
