Reservations Agent

Responsibilities

• Handle guest inquiries and reservations via phone, email, and online platforms
• Maintain accurate booking records and coordinate with front office and sales teams
• Upsell hotel services and packages to maximize revenue
• Ensure guest satisfaction through personalized communication and follow-ups
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and professional customer service skills
• Proficiency in hotel reservation systems, such as Opera or similar
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
