About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle reservation requests, changes, and cancellations with high attention to detail
- Convert phone inquiries into confirmed bookings to maximize revenue
- Record all guest details and preferences accurately in the system
- Recommend property facilities and utilize up-selling techniques
- Provide an exceptional first point of contact for all potential guests
Requirements
- Guest-focused personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Experience working with Opera or another Property Management System (PMS)
- Previous experience in hotel reservations or reception
- Ability to work independently and prioritize conflicting tasks
