Reservation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and bookings through phone, email, and chat in a professional manner
• Provide accurate information regarding company services, products, policies, and pricing
• Process bookings and reservations efficiently within the company's reservation system
• Monitor and manage the availability of rooms, services, and resources
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill customer requests and ensure satisfaction
• Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally
• Work with the management team to develop and implement customer service strategies

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service or reservation management
• Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is preferred
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of reservation management systems and software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
