Reservation Sales Agent

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive information about The Walt Disney World Resort to help Guests plan their vacations
• Engage with Guests to provide recommendations and direction for a magical vacation experience
• Use various software applications to manage reservations and provide Guest service
• Build and manage relationships with Guests and Cast Members across different lines of business
• Meet departmental metric expectations, including efficiency and performance goals
• Creatively find solutions to Guest requests and resolve problems as they arise
• Maintain discretion and Guest confidentiality at all times
• Complete all required Company training and compliance courses
• Maintain a flexible work schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overtime

Requirements

• One (1) year of Sales and Service experience in a high-volume environment
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency with computers within a Microsoft Windows environment
• Ability to navigate between multiple and concurrent computer applications
• Capacity for conflict resolution and sound decision-making
• Ability to adapt to fluctuating operational needs
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes weekends and holidays
• Passion for and knowledge of Disney products

Preferred Qualifications

• Three (3) years of Travel Agency or Contact Center experience
• Proven sales and closing skills with the ability to overcome objections
• Bilingual capabilities
