Reservation Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage daily reservation operations to ensure compliance with response time standards and data accuracy
• Develop and implement pricing strategies and inventory optimization in collaboration with the Director of Revenue
• Supervise, train, and motivate reservation staff to maximize productivity and maintain high service standards
• Monitor guest details, rates, and payment methods to ensure high-quality reservation processing
• Conduct spot-checks on daily reservations and oversee VIP arrival preparations
• Maintain close interaction with senior management regarding customer profiles, promotions, and hotel developments
• Ensure the security of all customer and personnel information in compliance with company policies

Requirements

• Higher education in tourism or hotel management
• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel environment
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and computer programs
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with demanding guests
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
