About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Reservations Department
- Manage individual, group, corporate, and online reservations
- Ensure accurate processing of reservations, cancellations, and amendments
- Monitor room availability and booking controls
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the reservations team
- Collaborate with Revenue Management and Sales teams to optimize rates and occupancy
- Manage reservation system operations and data integrity
- Generate and analyze reservation reports and occupancy metrics
- Handle complex guest inquiries and complaints professionally
- Coordinate with Front Office and Housekeeping for seamless guest experiences
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration
- 4–7 years of experience in hotel reservations
- Experience managing a reservations team preferred
- Strong knowledge of PMS, CRS, channel managers, and OTA platforms
- Understanding of room inventory management and revenue optimization
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
