Responsibilities
- Act as a contact person for reservation inquiries for our hotel teams
- Maintain and manage booking and IT systems
- Manage payment tools
- Handle reservation inquiries via telephone and email with professionalism and friendliness
Requirements
- Fluent German language skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Strong written communication skills
- Friendly, open, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work 20 hours per week, primarily on weekends and holidays
