Responsibilities

• Act as a contact person for reservation inquiries for our hotel teams
• Maintain and manage booking and IT systems as well as payment tools
• Handle reservation inquiries via telephone and email with professionalism and friendliness

Requirements

• Fluent German language skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Strong written communication skills
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for teamwork
