Reservation Agent

About the Company

Le Carlina is a refined and classic luxury chalet located in Courchevel 1850. Part of the Alp’Azur group, the hotel offers a chic, family-oriented atmosphere with exceptional gastronomy and wellness experiences in the heart of the French Alps.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservation requests for summer and winter hotels via phone, email, and booking engines
• Focus primarily on seminar and group reservation requests
• Develop sales arguments to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Optimize occupancy planning
• Support hotel teams in following up on client files
• Manage invoicing, proforma documents, payment follow-ups, and collection compliance
• Monitor the daily cash status of the reservation service
• Provide personalized telephone reception and timely responses to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum successful experience in a similar high-standing establishment
• Proficiency in English
• Fluency in a third language is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and rigor
