Reservation Agent

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations via phone and email from proposal to confirmation
• Handle room assignments and scheduling
• Respond to specific guest requests and provide detailed information on hotel services
• Manage options, waiting lists, and follow up on reservation payments
• Use reservation systems including Protel, Synxis, GuestOnline, Booking.com, and Expedia
• Take reservations for three restaurants and the Spa
• Monitor daily cash flow for the Reservations department
• Manage guest complaints and ensure service quality meets Relais & Châteaux standards

• Excellent sense of hospitality and attention to detail
• Proficiency in English
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel reservations
