Researcher/Associate Consultant, PI, China

Responsibilities

• Support the overall execution of market research projects to ensure timely delivery
• Take primary responsibility for proposal preparation
• Assist in drafting research materials for both quantitative and qualitative studies
• Design questionnaires, table specifications, and code frames for quantitative research
• Draft discussion guides and conduct in-depth interviews (IDIs) under supervision
• Prepare content analysis, summaries, and report charting for final deliverables
• Coordinate with supporting modules including Fieldwork, Data Processing, and Quality Control teams
• Manage time and resources effectively when handling multiple studies simultaneously

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Medical, Public Health, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical or Oncology market research/consulting
• Proven experience in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
• Familiarity with conducting in-depth interviews (IDIs)
• Strong communication and coordination skills to manage cross-functional workflows
