Resights was created with one clear mission: to make real estate data easily accessible and create real value for our customers. We have built a platform that saves time and enables customers to make better decisions, find new opportunities, and optimize their business. In just 5 years, we have grown to over 1,500 customers, ranging from real estate investors to large banks and law firms.

Responsibilities

• Collect information about construction projects from various sources, including municipal minutes and industry dialogue
• Build a deep understanding of the construction industry to decode information quickly
• Establish and maintain relationships with relevant industry actors
• Ensure that project data is always updated, relevant, and delivered to customers in a timely manner
• Help develop and refine research methods and workflows within the research team

Requirements

• Curious mindset with a strong eye for detail
• Ability to work independently and maintain focus during deep-work tasks
• Interest in information retrieval and research
• Proactive approach to reaching out to industry stakeholders
• Solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to test new ideas to sharpen processes
• Previous experience in the construction industry, journalism, or similar fields is a plus but not required
