Researcher - Product Testing

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of wearer trials across multiple product categories
• Partner with Product Development, Design and Merchandising teams to identify testing requirements
• Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to evaluate product performance
• Coordinate trial setup, participant recruitment and communication through wearer trial platforms
• Build and manage relationships with external research and testing partners
• Analyse research findings and transform data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
• Present results to stakeholders in an engaging and influential way
• Manage key administrative processes including sample distribution and testing logistics
• Ensure projects remain on schedule by tracking progress and mitigating risks

Requirements

• Proven experience in a research, consumer insights or product research role
• Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
• Experience conducting product testing or wearer trials within apparel or activewear
• Ability to identify research approaches that solve business challenges
• Experience analysing and synthesising data into compelling insight-led stories
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Confident presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using concept and product testing platforms such as MESH01
• Experience with survey platforms including Alchemer, Typeform or SurveyMonkey
• Familiarity with research community panels
• Experience using research analysis tools such as DisplayR or MarketSight
• Understanding and practical application of AI tools for research
