Researcher

Responsibilities

• Lead the scoping, execution, data analysis, and reporting of complex primary production R&D projects from concept to validation.
• Conduct high-level scientific research on adsorption technologies to optimize gas separation efficiency.
• Establish and manage strategic research collaborations with leading universities, research institutes, and industry partners in China.
• Provide deep technical expertise and troubleshooting to support regional business development and industrial production operations.
• Partner with global R&D networks to co-develop international projects and transfer technical breakthroughs.
• Perform systematic market and literature watches to scout emerging industry trends and novel research topics.
• Promote industrial safety culture and strictly comply with all Life Saving Rules and environmental standards.

Requirements

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a closely related Chemistry discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on R&D or industrial working experience with a track record of managing research projects.
• Deep theoretical and practical knowledge of adsorption materials such as zeolites, MOFs, and carbon molecular sieves (CMS).
• Strong understanding of adsorption processes including PSA, VSA, and TSA.
• An active, established professional network within Chinese academia and industrial sectors related to gas separation.
• Solid foundation in multi-scale chemical processes and general industrial engineering.
