Research Unit Leader - Supply Chain and Logistics Systems

Responsibilities

• Lead applied research projects in supply chain analytics and logistics optimization
• Develop research focused on logistics network design and supply chain resilience
• Collaborate with companies and logistics operators to drive industry impact
• Attract external funding from industry partners and government agencies
• Direct interdisciplinary research teams specializing in logistics and analytics
• Participate in knowledge transfer programs and executive education initiatives

Requirements

• PhD in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field
• Proven experience in applied research within logistics or supply chain systems
• Experience collaborating directly with corporate entities
• Demonstrated success in attracting funding from industry and government sectors
• Experience leading and managing interdisciplinary research teams
