Research Technician

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the multiplex immunofluorescence system (Comet Lunaphore)
• Run multistaining protocols on the Comet machine
• Manage consumables and reagents required for the Comet workflow
• Prepare samples including fixation, embedding, cryosectioning, and FFPE sectioning
• Support the establishment of panels for skin and hair pathologies

Requirements

• Completed training as a Medical/Biological-technical assistant or an honours bachelor degree in a relevant subject
• Good knowledge of immunohistochemistry and routine histology
• Experience in biological research laboratories and laboratory techniques
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
• Sound knowledge of English
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Documented know-how and experience in skin and/or hair research
