About the role
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain the multiplex immunofluorescence system (Comet Lunaphore)
- Run multistaining protocols on the Comet machine
- Manage consumables and reagents required for the Comet workflow
- Prepare samples including fixation, embedding, cryosectioning, and FFPE sectioning
- Support the establishment of panels for skin and hair pathologies
Requirements
- Completed training as a Medical/Biological-technical assistant or an honours bachelor degree in a relevant subject
- Good knowledge of immunohistochemistry and routine histology
- Experience in biological research laboratories and laboratory techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Sound knowledge of English
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Documented know-how and experience in skin and/or hair research
