Research Technician

Responsibilities

• Produce and test sample batches to support product development and formulation
• Maintain detailed records of product development and raw material supplies
• Prepare test data and samples for product submissions
• Test new supplies of raw materials and maintain corresponding records and SDS
• Provide technical support for plant trials and various other departments
• Adhere to safe work practices regarding chemicals, process equipment, and hazardous waste handling
• Maintain an organized and clean laboratory work environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment is a plus, though no prior experience is required as internal training is provided
