Research Support Associate

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily activities related to federally funded research protocols and investigator-initiated research.
• Recruit and retain clinical trial participants through phone screening, smartphone app assistance, and mailouts.
• Schedule and conduct study visits in accordance with established study protocols.
• Collect, process, and ship biological samples.
• Maintain efficient and prompt communication with the study team and Principal Investigator (PI).
• Perform various research and technical operations to support ongoing laboratory investigatory activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant science field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work onsite in New Brunswick, NJ.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior research experience.
• Experience working in medical/mental health care settings, crisis centers, or customer service roles.
• Proficiency with REDCap and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with medical populations.
