About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate patient recruitment, enrollment, randomization, and de-identification
  • Administer research questionnaires and conduct clinical testing
  • Perform ELISA biomarker assays, including preparing standards, buffers, and reagents
  • Process biological samples, including serum and peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs)
  • Manage and analyze research data, including generating standard curves and calculating concentrations using Excel
  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment
  • Perform venipuncture procedures and handle clinical study subjects

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in a relevant science (e.g., Public Health, Clinical Research, Biomedical Sciences)
  • Two (2) years of research experience
  • Proven experience performing ELISA and PBMC processing
  • Proficiency in centrifuging, aliquoting, and cryopreservation techniques
  • Experience with precision pipetting and 96-well plate assay troubleshooting
  • Ability to perform venipuncture and work in a BSL2+ laboratory environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related scientific field
