About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient recruitment, enrollment, randomization, and de-identification
- Administer research questionnaires and conduct clinical testing
- Perform ELISA biomarker assays, including preparing standards, buffers, and reagents
- Process biological samples, including serum and peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs)
- Manage and analyze research data, including generating standard curves and calculating concentrations using Excel
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment
- Perform venipuncture procedures and handle clinical study subjects
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in a relevant science (e.g., Public Health, Clinical Research, Biomedical Sciences)
- Two (2) years of research experience
- Proven experience performing ELISA and PBMC processing
- Proficiency in centrifuging, aliquoting, and cryopreservation techniques
- Experience with precision pipetting and 96-well plate assay troubleshooting
- Ability to perform venipuncture and work in a BSL2+ laboratory environment

- Bachelor's Degree in a related scientific field
