Research Scientist - Seed Responsible AI

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced technologies in AI, specifically focusing on AI foundation models and AI agents
• Conduct research to enhance the reliability, safety, and trustworthiness of AI technologies
• Contribute to the development of company products regarding AI safety and AI ethics

Requirements

• Research experience in ML, NLP, and LLM
• Familiarity with large-scale model training
• Proficiency in C/C++ or Python
• Strong understanding of data structures and fundamental algorithms
• Excellent problem analysis and solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to address technical challenges within a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with influential projects or published papers in ML, NLP, or LLM
• Success in high-level coding competitions such as ACM/ICPC, IOI, or TopCoder
