Responsibilities

• Develop innovative machine learning techniques
• Advance the research agenda of assigned teams
• Collaborate with peers across the organization
• Discover simple, generalizable ideas that work at large scale
• Own and pursue a research agenda, including choosing impactful problems and autonomously carrying out long-running projects

Requirements

• Track record of new ideas or improvements in machine learning
• Demonstrated accomplishments such as first author publications or projects
• Ability to autonomously carry out long-running research projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in and thoughtfulness regarding the impacts of AI technology
• Experience creating high-performance implementations of deep learning algorithms
