Research Scientist Intern

Responsibilities

• Conduct large-scale Multi-modal LLM training and advanced research
• Publish research findings in Tech Reports or top-tier conferences such as NeurIPS, ICLR, and ICML

Requirements

• Master's or PhD degree in Deep Learning or a related field, or equivalent research experience
• Experience writing papers for top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML, etc.)
• Ability to lead research and design experiments by quickly understanding deep learning papers
• Ability to adapt quickly to new domains
• Strong communication skills
• No disqualifying factors for overseas business travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience presenting at or receiving awards from prestigious conferences like NeurIPS, ICML, or ICLR
• Research experience in LLM internal structure analysis, representation learning, scaling laws, or model interpretability
