Research Scientist - Foundation Models

Responsibilities

• Conduct large-scale Multi-modal LLM training and advanced research
• Advance Modeling, Data, and Evaluation pipelines to improve model performance
• Publish research findings in Tech Reports or top-tier conferences such as NeurIPS, ICLR, and ICML

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Deep Learning or a related field, or equivalent research experience
• Experience writing papers for top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML, etc.) or journals
• Ability to lead research and design experiments by quickly understanding deep learning papers
• Ability to adapt quickly to new domains
• Strong communication skills
• No disqualifying factors for overseas travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience presenting at or receiving awards from top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML, etc.)
• Experience in training or deploying large-scale Foundation Models (30B+ parameters)
