Research Scientist - Foundation Model

Responsibilities

• Conduct large-scale Multi-modal LLM training and advanced research
• Advance Modeling, Data, and Evaluation pipelines to improve model performance
• Publish research findings in Tech Reports or top-tier conferences such as NeurIPS, ICLR, and ICML

Requirements

• Eligible for 2026 Technical Research Personnel (Special Research Agent) status
• Master's degree or higher in Deep Learning or a related field
• Experience writing papers for top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML, etc.)
• Ability to lead research and design experiments based on deep learning literature
• Ability to adapt quickly to new domains
• Strong communication skills
• No disqualifications for overseas travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience presenting at or receiving awards from top-tier AI/ML conferences
• Experience training or deploying large-scale Foundation Models (20B+ parameters)
