By developing home-reported outcomes (HROs), Folia enables people with complex conditions to digitize their health knowledge, providing valuable insights for both patients and life sciences researchers.

Responsibilities

• Own program science end to end by translating research questions into sound, feasible study designs
• Build relationships with clinicians and life science researchers to inform study design
• Support the scientific interpretation of longitudinal data and contribute to publication planning
• Partner with Data Science to advance Home Reported Outcomes methodology

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MPH, MS, PhD) preferred
• 3+ years of experience in research design or scientific roles within clinical, health outcomes, or life-sciences
• Demonstrated ability to author study protocols, interview guides, or data specifications
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience engaging clinicians, researchers, or KOLs with scientific credibility
• Previous publication experience
• First principles thinking and a knack for insights generation
