About the Company

We utilize AI technology to identify target proteins for diseases and conduct research on predicting and designing protein structures. Our goal is to provide innovative solutions to various bio-industry sectors, including drug discovery and enzyme engineering, with a specific focus on developing new treatments for Alzheimer's Disease.

Responsibilities

• Discover and design therapeutics based on protein structure and binding affinity
• Develop protein structure prediction and generation models
• Develop protein binding affinity prediction models
• Discover small molecule therapeutics and functional materials

Requirements

• Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or Bioinformatics
• Experience in protein structure prediction, design, and binding affinity prediction research
• Proficiency in modern Machine Learning development environments such as PyTorch, Keras, or TensorFlow

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in research/development of AI-based protein structure prediction and generation algorithms
• Publication of papers in top-tier AI conferences or journals (e.g., NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML, Nature, Science) or winners of relevant competitions
• Professional industry experience in related fields
