Research Scientist

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement in vitro experiments to evaluate improvements in wound healing outcomes
• Act as a team leader providing project management direction and coordinating interactions with team members and universities
• Lead research efforts and propose independent research goals within the scope of project objectives
• Contribute to developing and documenting research findings and collaborate on writing scientific papers
• Write technical documentation, progress reports, and participate in relevant meetings and committees

Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Strong background in in vitro cell-based studies and experimental design
• Proficiency in data analysis and the application of advanced laboratory techniques
• Successful completion of a background check

• Experience establishing project priorities aligned with organizational goals
• Proven ability to lead research efforts within a multidisciplinary academic environment
