Research Scientist

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of scientists responsible for lifecycle design and change execution for the Clinical Nutrition pharmaceutical portfolio.
• Manage routine and complex product changes in compliance with global regulatory and quality requirements.
• Drive cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery, effective problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Utilize project management tools to oversee timelines, risks, and budgets while identifying potential delivery issues.
• Establish and maintain operational performance metrics and KPIs to communicate progress to senior leadership.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities related to product design, manufacturing, and control.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutics, or Chemical Engineering with 8+ years of experience, OR a Master's degree with 4+ years of experience, OR a PhD with 1+ year of experience.
• Proven experience working within the pharmaceutical or another highly regulated industry.
• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management, including development, stability, clinical, and manufacturing processes.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with the ability to guide and develop team members.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and technical writing skills.
• Proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with analytical techniques and/or process engineering.
• Experience leading cross-functional and cross-regional teams in a global environment.
