Research Scientist - AI

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and accelerate novel generative AI models
• Publish original research in top-tier machine learning, robotics, and computer vision venues
• Collaborate with internal team members and external researchers to push the boundaries of generative AI
• Mentor interns and contribute to a collaborative research environment
• Transfer cutting-edge technology to product groups to create real-world impact
• Speak at major industry conferences and events

Requirements

• Bachelor, Master, or PhD degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
• 3+ years of professional research experience
• Excellent knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and foundation models
• Proven track record of publication at leading conferences (e.g., CVPR, ICML, ICLR, ICCV, NeurIPS)
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Proficiency with common machine learning frameworks, specifically PyTorch
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with C++ and parallel programming (e.g., CUDA)
• Strong research track record in GPU-accelerated efficient AI computing
