Research Scientist - 3D/4D Reconstruction/Generation, PICO

Responsibilities

• Participate in R&D for 3D/4D algorithms and foundation models to support MR application scenarios.
• Develop and optimize large 3D/4D generative models, including data curation, pre-training, post-training, evaluation, acceleration, and deployment.
• Drive the research and deployment of technologies such as multimodal scene perception, AIGC scene generation, and 3D scene reconstruction (3DGS, NeRF, etc.).

Requirements

• Master's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of algorithm research or industry experience.
• Proficient in Python, C, or C++, and experienced with common deep learning frameworks.
• Solid foundation in AIGC, 3DV, or Computer Graphics (CG) with project experience in reconstruction or generation.
• Deep knowledge of 3D representation and rendering (e.g., Gaussian Splatting, NeRF, meshes, point clouds).

Preferred Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of the latest advances in 3D/4D reconstruction and generation.
• Experience in human/scene/novel view synthesis or video depth estimation and tracking.
• Strong publication record in top-tier conferences or journals such as CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, SIGGRAPH, NeurIPS, or ICML.
• Hands-on experience building large model training pipelines and curating datasets.
• Familiarity with MR/AR/VR technologies.
• Award winners of major programming or AI/CV competitions.
