Responsibilities

• Coordinate the release of new benchmarks
• Maintain and update Mercor’s leaderboards and website
• Submit results to leaderboards, competitions and community pages (e.g., Hugging Face)
• Run and monitor new evals
• Support with marketing for benchmarks and evals, including new blogs and socials
• Develop the messaging for new benchmark releases
• Coordinate delivery of eval reports
• Build relationships in the AI evals + data ecosystem

Requirements

• 2-3 years of professional experience in consulting, tech, project management, or research support
• Strong analytical and communication abilities
• Proven track record of managing complex projects
• Passion for process optimization and large-scale execution
