About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate longitudinal project activities, including maintaining implementation timelines and tracking curriculum delivery.
  • Manage data collection through REDCap, including survey deployment, response monitoring, and data cleaning.
  • Ensure research compliance by supporting IRB amendments, modifications, and maintaining secure file structures.
  • Support evaluation efforts by organizing role-play scoring data and maintaining version control for research instruments.
  • Provide administrative infrastructure support, such as managing shared project drives, tracking stipends, and assisting with grant reporting documentation.
  • Assist with qualitative coding, literature reviews, and manuscript drafting as capacity allows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an Associate’s degree with two years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma with four years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in research support, project coordination, or program administration.
  • Proficiency in data entry, management, and tracking.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and professional written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior research experience in medical education or health systems.
  • Familiarity with IRB processes and human subjects research protocols.
  • Experience with qualitative or mixed-methods research.
  • Comfort working within academic medical environments.
  • Experience using REDCap for survey platforms.
