Research Professor

Responsibilities

• Dedicate 75% of workload to research addressing educational challenges, including institutional transformation and learning sciences
• Secure external research funding through successful grant proposals
• Publish high-impact research in Scopus and Web of Science indexed journals (Q1/Q2)
• Participate in the training of human resources within the institution's graduate programs
• Engage in national and international research networks
• Deliver undergraduate or graduate courses related to your discipline (25% of workload)
• Support the consolidation of the Educational Technology Unit, Research Lab, and IFE

Requirements

• PhD in Higher Education, Public Policy, University Management, Organizational Studies, or related fields
• Master's degree in Education, Administration, Public Policy, or Data Analytics/Management
• Minimum of 3 years of university teaching or research experience at a prestigious institution
• Proven track record of securing external research funding
• Evidence of scientific publications in Scopus/Web of Science (Q1/Q2) within the last five years
• Research expertise in areas such as institutional transformation models, educational technology, neuroeducation, or learning sciences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with university leadership, governments, or multilateral organizations
• Experience in strategic planning, institutional evaluation, or benchmarking
• Experience in designing institutional indicators or continuous improvement processes
