Research Partnerships Lead

Latch works with 5,000 scientists, 150+ R&D labs, and many frontier labs to help develop and deploy the next generation of biological AI Agents, from experiment to insight. We have recently hit 60 people and eight figures in revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own the full partnership lifecycle including outreach, relationship building, scoping, sales, pilot, and customer success
• Conduct outreach and organizational mapping to understand the industry landscape
• Design unique partnership structures tailored to specific partner needs
• Drive customer success by ensuring partners receive high-quality service
• Work directly with the Co-Founder and CEO to shape company direction

Requirements

• Technical background with the ability to discuss AI concepts like gradient descent and reinforcement learning
• Experience interfacing with scientists or working within the biotech/pharma industry
• High agency mindset with the ability to work independently and unblock yourself
• Ability to work strictly in-person in Mission Bay, San Francisco, Monday to Friday
• Willingness to work in a high-intensity environment (60+ hour weeks)
