Research Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to Healthcare Assistants and Phlebotomists
• Oversee phlebotomy services and clinical standards
• Carry out hands-on clinical duties including blood sample collection and basic observations
• Ensure compliance, governance, and quality standards are maintained
• Act as the main escalation point for clinical or operational concerns
• Support daily clinic activity and manage staff attendance

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RGN)
• Previous lead, in-charge, or supervisory experience
• Strong phlebotomy skills
• Availability for 2–3 days per week
• Full UK driving licence preferred
