Research Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end primary research projects, ensuring timely execution and high-quality delivery.
• Develop research instruments including questionnaires and discussion guides for both qualitative and quantitative studies.
• Direct analysis teams to process complex data sets and transform findings into insightful, actionable reports.
• Manage client relationships and act as a strategic partner to provide market perspectives for decision-making.
• Execute various study types such as Brand Health, Market Sizing, Demand Forecast, U&A, Customer Satisfaction (CX), and Pricing studies.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of primary research experience with capability in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
• Proven experience in end-to-end project management and handling projects independently.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in developing research tools and reporting results to clients.
• Knowledge of NPS (Net Promoter Score) and BIP analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Multi-domain research experience across various industrial sectors.
• Knowledge of special quantitative techniques and advanced modeling.
• Interest in staying updated on latest developments within the healthcare space.
